How we manage the delivery workforce :
1. Rider Onboarding :
- Riders can sign up using the Car-O-Bar Rider App.
- They will undergo a verification process that includes document submission, ID checks, and background verification.
- Once verified, they are enrolled into the system with a unique rider ID.
2. Rider Training :
- New riders are provided with app tutorials to understand the functioning of the Car-O-Bar system.
- They will also receive guidelines on handling deliveries, interacting with customers, and following safety protocols.
3. Task Assignments :
- Orders are assigned based on the rider's location and proximity to the vendor.
- The app will automatically dispatch tasks to the rider, ensuring minimal delays between order placements and deliveries.
- Riders can accept or decline delivery tasks based on their availability.
4. Real-time Tracking :
- Once an order is accepted, the app provides real-time navigation support to guide riders to the vendor and customer locations.
- The app tracks the rider's location throughout the delivery, which can be monitored by the vendor and customer for transparency.


5. Performance Monitoring :
- Rider performance metrics such as delivery time, customer ratings, and successful delivery rates are tracked.
- Incentives and bonuses are provided based on high performance and positive customer feedback.
6. Communication :
- The rider app has a built-in messaging system allowing seamless communication between the rider, vendor, and customer.
- Riders can report issues in real time, like traffic or delivery challenges, ensuring smooth coordination.
7. Payments and Incentives :
- Riders can track their daily, weekly, and monthly earnings through the app.
- Payments are processed at regular intervals, and any bonuses or extra incentives for performance are added to their earnings.
8. Support and Assistance :
- A dedicated support team is available for riders facing issues or requiring assistance during deliveries.
